An apprenticeship is designed as a “earn whilst you learn” program for recent graduates. It combines 80% working and 20% off the job training. At LTIMindtree, we believe in supporting the future generation of technology leaders who make a real impact in the converging world.
What makes Apprenticeship program unique?
At the end of the programme, you would receive a master’s degree (equivalent to the country) and potentially a promotion into a new role.

Graduated within the last 12 months with an undergraduate STEM degree, business degree with a technical minor, graduate degree with a technology focus, or completion of an accredited software development program.

Lots of internships offer the chance to get hands-on, real-world experience; we want our Apprentices to get their hands dirty – designing, developing, and doing exciting and challenging work – so they’re prepared to face the real world.
