We also honor our CSR and strive to encourage social and societal change and provide value by giving back regularly. Our portfolio of initiatives includes a variety of topics and locations. Here are a few examples that are dear to our hearts.

La Main Tendue A.s.b.l. Angela

Since 2024, our Luxembourg office has contributed to meaningful change through initiatives like a cake sale and a drive to collect clothes and personal hygiene products in collaboration with La Main Tendue A.s.b.l. Angela. These efforts support the beneficiaries with whom LTIMindtree shares a deep commitment to creating a nurturing space to combat violence. Together, we aim to provide a listening and counseling center for children and adults who have experienced any form of violence. The center extends legal, psychological, and administrative support to those in need, fostering hope and empowerment for a safer, more compassionate future.

Solidarity with Ukrainian Refugees

In March 2022, we announced support for refugees from Ukraine. The employees of Banking Transformation Practice in our Luxembourg office collected 5-ton of donations consisting of food, baby nutrition, emergency blankets, hygiene products, and clothes/shoes. These donations were packed in 500 boxes and were delivered to the refugees with the help of our partners and local charity organizations, including Intralux, Meditec, Kubala, D&M Building Corporation, International Rescue System, and Villa Szobranc.

March 1, 2022

We initiated an office-wide campaign to support Ukrainian refugees through Marcela Florianova.

March 5, 2022

In just four days, we received 5 tons of donations, including food, shoes, clothes, etc., from our employees and external donors, which were packed in more than 500 boxes.

March 11, 2022

The first batch of supplies was donated at the Ukrainian border on March 18, and two more vans delivered 250+ boxes to Michalovce, Slovakia.

End of March, 2022

The third and last van left Luxembourg for Slovakia, successfully delivering to people in need.

Our partnership with 2care2share was established in 2018, driven by the shared commitment to foster positive global change. The partnership’s goal is to raise funds for an orphanage in Arusha, Tanzania, that ensures high-quality education. To support this cause and simultaneously promote team engagement, LTIMindtree actively participates in local marathons, pledging donations for each participating team member.
