Sometimes, getting people together can be challenging! So, we proactively bring engagement and community-building opportunities to LTItes. Women in Tech is one such initiative where we guide and empower women to achieve their career aspirations. Minerva is another forum where women collaborate, share ideas, and have fun together. Revive with LTIMindtree gives experienced women professionals on career break another opportunity to reboot their career aspirations. We also drive targeted internal referral programs where diversity referrals are incentivized.

We are at our best when we are fit both physically and mentally. However, mental illness or even anything closer is something that we are not comfortable sharing. To ensure that there is support for LTItes and their family members, we have 24*7 availability of experts through our LTIMindtree Wellness Program. This facility can be utilized in a confidential setup. We have modern infrastructural facilities for empowering specially-abled employees.

Along with creating a diverse and inclusive environment for LTItes, we provide developmental opportunities through various awareness and training programs to build sensitivity towards appropriate behavior and collaboration techniques.
