How we get there

Behind the scenes are dedicated teams utilizing an Agile delivery methodology to deliver each module through incremental Agile deployments, aligned with the core Unitrax release schedule.  Delivering Unitrax AG® in incremental deployments with each release allows users to proactively explore the new and improved Unitrax AG® gradually align internal operational processes according to the new interface, explore integration capabilities through standard APIs and distribute the UAT testing efforts across multiple releases, reducing testing bottlenecks and resource constraints.

Roadmap

Given the scale and objectives of the program, the Unitrax Transformation Project is a multi-year program.  To date there have been many successes to celebrate including production delivery and adoption of the first module, Investment Product Management.  We look forward to sharing further client-driven successes with you as we continue our journey. 



Unitrax® Transformation Product Roadmap

Join in on a conversation with a few members from the LTIMindtree Canada executive team where they will guide you through an overview of the new Unitrax Automation & Business Agility Generation (AG) platform.

Tina Allan, President at LTIMindtree Canada will guide us through a general overview of the platform. Walking through each of the new seven modules provided within Unitrax AG®. Steve Kingston, Head – Product and Customer Experience at LTIMindtree Canada sits down to navigate us through how customer collaboration has allowed LTIMindtree Canada to maintain success within the AG transformation journey. As well as the key benefits clients can look forward to when using the platform. Stanislav Hristov, Head – Enterprise Engineering at LTIMindtree Canada takes a moment to inform how a global scaled Agile delivery model is being utilized for optimal deployments for our clients. In addition to sharing key measures experienced to date. Finally, The LTIMindtree Canada executive team will be joined by Amanda Coones, VP Investor and Plan Member Services at CIBC Mellon. CIBC Mellon have been proud early adopters of the platform and kindly share their experience utilizing the new features provided through Unitrax AG®.
