With over 2.5 decades of experience in data and analytics, Rashmi has been instrumental in providing solutions to global clients across diverse sectors. She has extensive experience in Solutioning, Technology Strategy Consulting, Data Architecture, Design and Implementation of Data and Analytics programs. She is currently leading delivery for some of the accounts and has lead Business Solutions within Data and Analytics. She has conceptualized and implemented solutions for large Fortune 500 customers across multiple domains and is passionate about providing differentiated solution to her customers.  She truly distinguishes herself through her solutioning expertise, ability to empathise with the given problem, demystifying complexities and with her ability to articulate solution to any given problem.

She has been instrumental in setting up the Operate to Thrive (O2T) offering within D&A and has played a pivotal role in socializing this offering within the organization.
