LTIMindtree California Privacy Statement

Introduction

This California Privacy Statement is for California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. This Statement explains how we collect, use, and share your Personal Information and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). In case of any conflict, the terms of this Statement will prevail as to personal data of California residents that are subject to the CCPA. For purposes of this Statement, the term “personal data” includes all “personal information” as defined in the CCPA.

Please also note that the definition of “personal information” under CCPA is subject to certain exceptions as set forth therein and does not include information that is publicly available or has been aggregated or de-identified in accordance with CCPA or is covered by other relevant legislations such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA).

  • Notice at Collection

    The table below describes our data practices in the last 12 months. In addition to information contained in this Notice, we may disclose personal information for other purposes described to you in a separate notice presented at the point of collection. In the first column, we list the categories of personal information we have collected. In the second column we describe how each category of personal information may be used by us or our service provider or contractors on our behalf. In the third column, for each of the categories of personal information, we identify the categories of recipients to whom we have disclosed for a business purpose. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, but we do share some limited categories of person information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the fourth column, for each of the categories of personal information, we identify the categories of “third parties” to whom we have “shared” for targeted or behavioral advertising. For purposes of this Notice, when we use the term “third party” we mean entities that are not service providers or contractors providing services on our behalf. For purposes of this Notice, “cross-context behavioral advertising” means when we display advertisements to you based on information we obtain about you through non-affiliated websites or online applications to predict your interests. Please note that the following list represents categories of personal data across all California residents whose personal data we may have collected or received, including website visitors, job applicants, current and former employees, contractors, and individuals who have physically visited the LTIMindree Offices. It does not necessarily represent the information we have collected specifically about you.   • Types of Sensitive Personal InformationWe will only process your sensitive personal information in accordance with applicable law, such as preventing, detecting, or investigating security incidents, or to perform services requested by the California residents, such as administering payroll or evaluating job applicants. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information outside of the permitted purposes set forth under Section 7027(m) of the CCPA Regulations.
  • Retention of Personal Information We retain each of the categories of personal information listed above for different length of time. Specifically, we will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the relevant purposes stated above, and to the extend necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce any agreements or policies.

Sources of Personal Information

We collect your personal information in variety of way including directly from you; from third parties; from service providers and contractors; and automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, Flash objects, APIs, and mobile software development kits (SDKs).

    You have the following privacy rights, as stated below, subject to certain limitations of law:

We do not “sell” or “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising personal information of consumers we know to be less than 16 years of age


  • Verification of Requests

    In order to respond to your requests to know, access, correct, or delete, we will need to verify your request. As part of processing your request, we require you to provide specific personal data about you in order to verify your identity in accordance with the CCPA requirements. This information may include your first and last name, email address, physical address, telephone number, description of relationship to LTIMindtree, or additional information based on the nature of your request and your relationship with us.

    Additionally, in accordance with your rights under the CCPA, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to comply with your request, we will require the personal data referenced above to be used for identity verification purposes, as well as the name, email address, and telephone number of your authorized agent.

  • Exercising my rights/registering complaints or grievancesYou may use any of the following methods to exercise your rights or register any grievance / complaint related to our processing of your personal data or linked to our processing in accordance with applicable data protection principles, our policies, and procedures:

    Under California law, we do not provide financial incentives for anyone who allows us to collect, retain, sell, or share their personal information. We will describe such programs to you if and when we offer them to you.
